Best Burger King Items

Burger King has been a mainstay of American dining since the 1970s and will probably be around for years to come. Over the years, they've introduced tons of delicious items, including the world-famous Whopper and their delicious Original Chicken sandwich.

Their fries have been gross as long as I can remember, but they definitely make some of the best sandwiches in the world. In fact, I use one of them a preworkout meal. Without further ado, here are the best bk items in no particular order.

The Whopper

The sandwich that needs no introduction is probably only second the McDonalds Big Mac in terms of notariaty. There have been many variations throughout its lifespan but nothing is better than the original.

How to make it tastier: Ask the cashier to make your Whopper with light mayo and request a side of Zesty Onion ring sauce. Of course, you can add as much mayo as you want but I've always found them to get too heavy handed with it.

Apply the Onion Ring Sauce on the top bun liberally, and thank me later!

The Rodeo Burger

This burger is delicious, cheap, and full of nostalgia. I remember ordering these as a kid in the 90s as it was part of the restaurant's promo for the movie Small Soldiers.

I loved this movie and would take my Archer toys with me whenever my mom took me to BK. The current iteration of this iconic sandwich doesn't come with cheese, so be sure to ask for it.

The burger is pretty simple, ingredient-wise, as it only contains BBQ sauce and two onion rings. A sandwich doesn't need to be fancy to be delicious!

The Impossible Whopper

This is the original Whopper's healthier cousin. It's made with some type of non-meat instead of beef but other than that it's identical to Whopper.

To date, it's my favorite impossible burger and now-a-days, I often choose it over the original since I'm drastically cutting back on beef.

Onion Rings

Burger King is probably the only restaurant with horrible fries and superb onion rings. There is just enough bread to coat the outer layer of the onion, so it doesn't feel like you're just eating fried dough.

It also goes great with the Zesty Onion Ring sauce I mentioned earlier.

And that's it! These are the best items at Burger King. Although the food is far from healthy, it's cheap and convenient enough to indulge in on occasion.

Just be mindful of the sodium content and the gargantuan amount of calories non-diet soda adds to any meal.
